Manatour, French leader in industrial tourism

Thursday, 13 July, 2017

With 3 million visitors, Manatour, a company created in 1990, is one of the French leaders in “industrial tourism”. The group's activities focus on offering tours of major industrial sites in the Occitania region, such as Airbus, and on managing the Aeroscopia aerospace museum, which opened in 2015.

The company is based just a few minutes from Toulouse-Blagnac airport and offers tours of many industrial sites to satisfy a wide range of curious customers: a water treatment plant, a waste treatment facility, a nuclear power plant, a wholesale market or even the premises of regional press group La Dépêche du Midi. In addition to these tours, the company also offers tours connected to the aerospace industry, particularly that of the Airbus factories, and manages the Aeroscopia aerospace museum.

An airside tour of Toulouse-Blagnac airport was added six months ago. This fascinating backstage tour allows visitors to discover air transport at France's 5th largest airport.
