If you are travelling with your own wheelchair, it will have been placed in the hold when you reach the plane, just before take-off.

Your wheelchair will be returned to you as soon as the plane lands in Toulouse.

It’s nearly time to be reunited!

You’re almost ready to collect your pet.

The child is assisted by a staff member from your airline, who will help them collect their baggage.

You can wait for your child at the entrance to the UM zone at each exit door.

If you requested PMR assistance from your airline, a staff member will come to meet you at the foot of the plane.

Staff will help you collect your baggage.

You can collect your pet from a special belt:

• International flight: by the lift at belt 7.
• Domestic flight: belt 2XL or 1XL.

You will be asked to wait until you have been through customs before releasing your pet.

You can collect your pushchair from one of the belts for outsized baggage:

• 1XL, 2XL or 8XL (depending on your flight).

• Baby areas:

Facilities are available in the terminal to enable you to change your baby’s nappy or heat up their food. They are located near the toilets, shown by a clearly visible sign.

Each baby area has a nappy changing table, a mattress protector dispenser, a waste bin for nappies, a children’s toilet and a breastfeeding corner.

• Play areas:

Children can enjoy playing on the various climbing structures and games set up inside and outside the airport.

• Our shops and cafes are on hand to help:

Microwaves are available to heat up baby’s bottle - simply ask at the catering outlets.

We welcome your pets, but please keep them on a leash or in their cage while you are in the airport.

Your child will come out at Arrivals level 2, 3 or 4.

• PMR-friendly shuttles between the airport terminal / P5-P6 car parks
