Formalities and luggage
For your journey with Corsair, each passenger (including infants) must carry the following travel documents:
- A paper or digital boarding pass issued by your travel agency or directly by Corsair.
- A valid form of identification: national ID card or passport.
Health documents: up-to-date vaccinations, as well as the appropriate prescriptions and authorizations if you are undergoing medical treatment or traveling with special equipment.
To find out which documents are required for your destination, please consult the government website “Travel Advice”.
When traveling with Corsair, you may bring different types of cabin baggage:
- Backpack
- Travel bag
- Cabin-sized wheeled suitcase, with dimensions not exceeding 55 × 40 × 20 cm
- Stroller, under certain conditions
If unfortunately your baggage has been lost or damaged during your flight with Corsair, the airline, as the final carrier, is responsible for initiating the search. You can then contact the baggage service, which is generally outsourced to handling agents. Corsair works with the handling agent AviaPartner:

Please note that, for any compensation or claim, it is essential to present your ticket stub and the baggage tag receipt issued at check-in.
Passengers with reduced mobility :
If you are a passenger with a disability or reduced mobility and require specific assistance, either at the airport or during the flight, please inform Corsair at the time of booking and no later than 48 hours before your scheduled departure time. Elderly passengers or those with temporary mobility limitations (e.g. a leg in a cast) may also request airport assistance under the same conditions.
Unaccompanied minors :
Before your child travels alone, please make sure to review the specific conditions applicable to unaccompanied minors to ensure compliance on the day of travel:
- An infant must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over (only one infant per adult is permitted).
- A child under the age of 12 who is not declared as an UM (Unaccompanied Minor) may only travel if accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.
- Legal guardians must ensure that the child complies with all formalities required to leave the country and enter the destination country.
Please note: the family record book (livret de famille) is not considered a valid form of identification and does not allow a child to travel.
