Norwegian

For your trip with Norwegian, each passenger (including infants) must have the following travel documents:

• A paper or digital boarding pass obtained from your travel agency or directly from Air France.
• A valid form of identification: ID card, passport, and possibly a visa depending on your final destination.
• Health documents: up-to-date vaccinations, prescriptions, and any necessary authorizations if you are undergoing treatment or using special medical equipment.

All passengers are allowed to bring one small personal bag on board, which must fit under the seat in front of you (30 cm x 20 cm x 38 cm, maximum 10 kg). Examples include a handbag, laptop bag, or small backpack.

Good to know: Passengers can also bring one airport shopping bag in addition to their permitted baggage.  

If, unfortunately, your baggage was lost or damaged during your flight with Norwegian, it is then the airline’s responsibility, as the last carrier, to initiate the search. You can contact the baggage service, which is usually outsourced to handling agents. Norwegian outsources this service to the agent AviaPartner:

Please note: To process any claim, it is essential to present your ticket stub and the baggage tag receipt provided at check-in.

Norwegian does not offer a loyalty program or complimentary Premium access to the security fast-track and the Croix du Sud lounge at Toulouse Airport. However, you can still access the Croix du Sud Lounge for a fee, located in the boarding area.

Are you a senior passenger or a person with reduced mobility (PRM) and need special assistance at the airport or on board?

• Notify Norwegian or your travel agent of your needs when booking your flight, and at least 48 hours before departure.

• Arrive at least 2 hours before your flight’s scheduled departure.

• Assistance will be provided at your check-in counter or directly at the Assistance for Passengers with Reduced Mobility Desk (1st floor, Hall C).

• Note: Wheelchairs are available for self-service at the Assistance for Passengers with Reduced Mobility Desk, along with call stations.

Unaccompanied Minors

Acceptance conditions for unaccompanied minors vary by age:

• Norwegian does not accept unaccompanied minors under 5 years old.

• Children aged 5 to 11 traveling alone are considered “unaccompanied minors” and must travel under the UM (Unaccompanied Minor) service if traveling alone or without an adult (16 years or older).

• Teenagers aged 12 to 17 may exceptionally travel as unaccompanied minors upon request from their parents or guardians.
