Work has begun on the construction of the first green hydrogen station at Toulouse-Blagnac Airport

Philippe Crébassa, Chairman of Toulouse-Blagnac Airport, Thierry Cotelle, President of AREC Occitanie and Julien Chauvet, Chairman of HYPORT and Director of Hydrogen France of ENGIE Solutions, have just signed the framework agreement for the construction of the first green hydrogen station in the heart of Toulouse-Blagnac Airport. This new step marks the first deployment by HYPORT, which is championing the strategy to integrate hydrogen into the region’s economic and environmental roadmap. It is now all systems go to make the Occitanie Region the first positive-energy region in Europe and to move forward in the transition towards a carbon-neutral economy.
